We strive to be as flexible as possible with cancellations and provide a hassle free experience to our customers. However, cancellations may result in costs and inconveniences that may affect both our operations and those of other customers. A. Full refund will be given for tickets canceled more than 30 days before the departure of the scheduled tour.
B. Cancellation 3-7 days prior to departure of the scheduled tour will be eligible for 50% refund.
C. Cancellation made less than 3 days prior to the departure of the scheduled tour will not be eligible for refund.

B. Cancellation between 15-30 days from the departure of the scheduled tour will be eligible for 50% refund.
C. Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to the departure of the scheduled tour will not be eligible for refund.
A. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the departure of the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund less any non-refundable costs incurred during the planning process.
B. Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to the departure of the scheduled tour will be eligible for a 50% refund less any non-refundable costs incurred during the planning process.
C. Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the departure of the scheduled tour will not be eligible for refund.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of rescheduling or getting a full refund. We do not take cancellations lightly and will only cancel a tour if there are unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or safety concerns.
To cancel a tour, you must notify us in writing (email or letter) or by calling our customer service hotline. Include the details of your booking, including tour dates, the name of the main passenger and any other relevant information.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during the booking process.
Please note that any additional charges due to currency conversion or bank charges will not be covered by Hello India Tours and the final refund amount may be less.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation or interruption to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
