Tour Program

Day 1

Arrival at Bagdogra / NJP – Gangtok (120 km / approx. 5 hrs)

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and driven to Gangtok, situated at an altitude of 5,500 ft. Enjoy the scenic journey through hills and rivers. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 2

Gangtok – Tsomgo Lake – Gangtok (45 km / approx. 3 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to the beautiful Tsomgo Lake, located at an altitude of 12,400 ft. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, the lake offers breathtaking views. Later, visit Baba Mandir, a revered shrine dedicated to an Indian soldier. After sightseeing, return to Gangtok for an overnight stay.

Optional: Visit Nathula Pass (Indo-China Border) at an additional cost. The visit is subject to permit approval and is open from Wednesday to Sunday only.

Day 3

Gangtok – Kalimpong (75 km / approx. 4 hrs)

After breakfast, enjoy local sightseeing in Gangtok including Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (closed on Sundays), Flower Show, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sundays), and Jhakri Waterfalls. Later, drive to Kalimpong, located at an altitude of 4,200 ft. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Kalimpong.

Day 4

Kalimpong – Darjeeling (105 km / approx. 4 hrs)

After breakfast, explore Kalimpong with visits to Durpin Dara Hills, Zang Dhok Palri Phodang Monastery, flower nurseries, and Deolo Hill. Later, proceed to Darjeeling (6,700 ft), known as the “Queen of Hills.” Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 5

Darjeeling Sightseeing

Early morning, drive to Tiger Hill to witness a spectacular sunrise over the Kanchenjunga peaks. On the way back, visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. After breakfast, continue sightseeing with visits to Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays), Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (closed on Sundays), Tenzing Rock, Tea Gardens (outer view), Peace Pagoda, and Natural History Museum (closed on Sundays). You may also enjoy a ropeway ride (optional, at extra cost). Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 6

Darjeeling – Bagdogra / NJP (Departure)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station for your onward journey, marking the end of your memorable Sikkim and Darjeeling tour.

Optional: En route visit to Mirik Lake can be arranged at an additional cost.
