Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy a traditional welcome with Kahwa, the famous Kashmiri herbal tea. Later, visit the beautiful Dal Lake and enjoy a romantic Shikara ride across its calm waters. Glide past floating gardens, houseboats, Char Chinar Island, and floating markets while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 02: Srinagar Sightseeing & Mughal Gardens
After breakfast, explore Srinagar’s famous Mughal gardens. Visit Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, known for their terraced lawns, fountains, and views of Dal Lake. After lunch at a local restaurant, proceed to Shankaracharya Temple, located on a hilltop offering panoramic views of Srinagar city and the lake. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03: Excursion to Gulmarg
Today, take a scenic drive to Gulmarg, one of Kashmir’s most beautiful hill resorts, famous for its meadows and winter sports. You may explore the area by pony ride or take the famous Gulmarg Gondola cable car ride to Kongdoori for breathtaking mountain views. Visit St. Mary’s Church and, if time permits, the historic Shiva Temple. Later, drive back to Srinagar while enjoying views of shepherd huts and alpine landscapes. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04: Excursion to Sonmarg
After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg, known as the “Meadow of Gold.” Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and alpine meadows, this scenic destination offers unforgettable views. From the base area, admire the stunning Thajiwas Glacier and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Lunch will be arranged en route. Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 05: Excursion to Pahalgam
Today visit Pahalgam, a picturesque valley surrounded by pine forests and mountains. En route, see saffron fields, apple orchards, and traditional Kashmiri villages. Spend time enjoying the serene landscapes and riverside views. Enjoy a traditional Kashmiri lunch at a local restaurant. On return to Srinagar, you may visit local handicraft emporiums where you can shop for souvenirs such as pashmina shawls, carpets, wooden crafts, and traditional items. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06: Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be transferred to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, taking with you unforgettable memories of your Kashmir honeymoon.
